Usage Instructions:
1. Always have proper eye protection prior to use
2. To Cut: Hold the tool in a scissor-like fashion. Line the cutting head up on the desired cut line, squeeze the handles, and apply a small amount of pressure to break the glass.
3. Keep the wheels perpendicular to the piece of glass when cutting. If the cutter is at an angle, the resulting edge will also be at an angle thus preventing the piece from sitting flush.
4. To shape specific curved areas, it is best to cut away small pieces at a time. You may find it helpful to turn the piece of glass over periodically to better cut the desired shape.
5. Carbide Cutting Wheels: When the cutting wheel dulls, loosen with the included allen wrench, slightly rotate the wheels, and re-tighen the screws. To replace, simply remove the screws/wheels and apply new ones.
